From outside of Spain:

Sevilla is an easy travel destination, and flights from other popular cities such as London, Florence, and Paris arrive daily. You can fly into Sevilla’s only airport, San Pablo Airport (SVQ), on a number of budget airlines, such as RyanAir or Vueling. We recommend doing a search on SkyScanner to find the best deal.

If you are flying to Sevilla from elsewhere in Europe, it is best to arrive ahead of time in case of any delays. We recommend flying in the day before your trip, and staying at one of these hostels. You can explore our beautiful city while you’re here and enjoy a fun night out in a new place.

Once you are at the airport, you have two options to get to the bus meeting point:
Option 1: by public bus. The bus is right outside the airport and takes about 35 minutes, and it costs 4€ euros one way. You have to get off at the last stop.
Option 2: by taxi. It’s going to cost about you about 25 euros and the taxis from the airport are a flat rate, carrying up to four people in one taxi. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to get to the bus meeting point.

The bus departure meeting point is called Consulado de Portugal. You can just mention the name “Consulado de Portugal” to the taxi driver and he will know where it is.  The Consulado de Portugal is located across the street from the University of Sevilla.
